• Fine (lawn, georgette, tricot, organza, crepe) → #9/65-11/75
• Medium (sheeting, jersey, broadcloth, fleece) → #11/75-14/90
• Heavy weight (denim, tweed, coating, quilting) → #14/90-16/100
• General sewing → 11/75 or 14/90
• Stretch, very fine fabrics, synthetics → blue tip needle (Part No. 990311000)

Insert and replace

Insert the needle with the flat side to the rear, pushed up as far as it will go.

Other manual notes

• 3 x #14/90 needles are included (Part No. 639804000).
• Needle threader can be used with #11 to #16 needles.
