Insert and replace

Insert the new needle using the multi-purpose tool; push it upwards with the flat side away from you until it will go no further; tighten needle screw.

Twin-needle or specialty notes

twin needle (symmetrical; asymmetrical twin needles must not be used). Threading for twin needle with auxiliary spool pin; may need to reduce stitch width depending on twin needle size
